Quality Standards

All employees at Precision Poly Screen
Limited are committed to achieving total
quality and through that effort we became
an ISO9002 registered company in
November of 1996. This commitment
was instrumental in the receipt of the
"PPG Excellent Supplier" award as well
as the "Quality Commitment" and "Quality
Achievement" awards issued by BEDR as
per the National Quality Institutes (Canada)
guidelines of which we are extremely proud.

All screens produced are completely
traceable from the beginning of the process
to the end as controlled by our in-house
production process computer system. Measured data is analyzed via a quarterly
statistical report available to the customer upon request. The SPC report is used
to continuously improve our process as we strive to exceed the automotive
industry standard CPK level of >1.33.

Precision Poly Screen Limited utilizes a 100% final inspection policy meaning that all
screens produced are inspected prior to shipping to the customer. State of the art
measuring equipment is used to measure screen fabric tension and emulsion thickness
to certify that screens conform to customer specifications or our in-house specifications.
