specified extrusions that is required for your
printing process and prepare it for production.

Customer supplied screen frames are
thoroughly inspected for damage (broken
welds, cracks etc.) cleaned and prepared
for the stretching process. Customer supplied screen frames are continuously turned
around and the frame preparation process at Precision Poly Screen ensures that all
frames will perform and hold up to pressures endured during production and printing.
Damaged frames are immediately removed from the process and sent back to the
customer for repair so that no untimely down time occurs due to a broken screen
frame.

Screen frames are tracked from the moment they enter our plant through to completion
and shipping to the customer so that we can determine where the product is in our
production process and when it will be completed.
