Emulsion Ready Frames

Emulsion ready screens are stretched screens
that have been prepared for emulsion coating.
Screen mesh is stretched onto the prepared
frame to a specified tension and a strict
in-house tolerance of +/- 2.0 newtons. Screen
tension is measured with highly accurate
tension gages that are calibrated on a
continuous basis to ensure repeatability and reliability of all measurements. The maximize
size screen that we are capable of stretching
is 144" x 240".

Various mesh counts are available for you to choose from to suit your printing process.
